Ever since I hit my first piece of hot steel and changed it, I knew it was the beginning of a new love. It began a journey that is still not complete. They say that perfection is a moving target and it is one I have always aimed for. The funny thing is, when I look back at some of my early works, I can remember that at the time, I thought they were perfect. My critical eye has become more exacting over the years, and as a result, I won't sign something and let it out of my shop unless it is as perfect as I can make it.
